Ideal Eurovision Song Contest (Russian: Идеальное Евровидение), often known by its initialism IESC / ИЕ, is an international song competition organised by the Eurovision Live Telegram-channel (blog/mass-media) and IEC (Ideal Eurovision Council). The main idea and format is the same with the original version of the Eurovision Song Contest. The biggest difference and the whole meaning of the competition is that the National Selections winners are being selected by the Eurovision Live Telegram-channel followers via polls and voting. The entries selected via the internal selections are being the same, in most of the cases. Usually, the amount of the countries in the given year, the voting system, the main idea and design is being very similar to the original contest of Eurovision. However, Ideal Eurovision Song Contest has its own Allocation Draw, its own hosts, and it's usually held in April (in the case of the Ideal Junior Eurovision Song Contest, in November).

The Ideal Eurovision Song Contest is being annually held twice a year (The adult & junior competitions every year). Active members of the Eurovision Live Telegram-channel are eligible to compete by submitting their interest in participation; as of the 2024 edition, more than 120 people have applied for participation in the competition. However, only 37 of them got selected, as each of them got the randomly allocated country. Each participating person is becoming the "Head of Delegation" of the randomly allocated country. The Head of Delegations is not selecting the entry from the given country. When all the entries are chosen and officially revealed, IEC announces the voting open. Each Head of Delegation awards 1–8, 10 and 12 points to their ten favourite songs, based on their personal taste. Additionally, the Televoting is being launched at the Telegram-channel for all of the followers. At the end, all the points are being summed, with the song receiving the most points declared the winner.
